Cerato IP Features
The Cerato IP comes standard equipped with a full feature set including :
Telephony Support. Cerato IP supports a comprehensive suite of telephony features for call handling and personalization of communications services, including:
- Call control options such as mute, hold, blind and supervised transfers, redial, call park, call pickup
- Unlimited 3-party call conferencing from any IP phone
- Speed dial features including call redial, company directory, recent call lists, and personal speed dials.
- Personal privacy features such as call screening, call forwarding, and do not disturb
- Hunt groups, shared extensions, restricted dialing, voice mail notification, one-touch voicemail access, and E911 support.

Graphical System Administration. . The Cerato IP Console is a graphical system administration interface downloaded from the internal website of the system Controller. This intuitive, Windows based interface, simplifies system setup and ongoing administration. Gone are the days of complex, redundant data entry associated with legacy switches.
Embedded CTI Support.Integrated hooks to 3rd party CTI applications through a standard TAPI interface enable users to quickly and easily combine powerful 3rd party, TAPI-compliant applications into the Cerato IP communications environment.
Fingertip Toolset™. Authorized users can manage and maintain personal station features and defaults conveniently from their desktop via the Fingertip Toolset. This easy-to-use graphical tool is downloaded from the internal Cerato IP website and saves system administrators countless hours of managing station changes.
Hot Desking. This extremely useful feature makes administrative Moves a thing of the past. Users simply log out of one station and log into another. All station features and user settings auto-download and the new station device is fully functional.
Attendant Workstation.The Cerato IP attendant workstation offers exceptional call control driven by an intuitive, easy-to-use graphical interface. Attendant Workstations can be installed at multiple stations enabling flexible and total call coverage.
Automated Attendant. Cerato IP's automated attendant improves the caller’s experience by offering customized options including employee directory lookup, company information, and simplified call routing capabilities.
System Options
Optional Cerato IP products include:
- Analog Gateways. Analog Gateways connect Cerato IP to traditional analog trunks and telephony devices (PSTN, phones, faxes, voice mail, etc.).
- Digital Gateway. Digital Gateways connect Cerato IP to digital trunks (PSTN, voice mail, IVR, etc.) via T1 or E1 configurations. A variety of PRI and CAS protocols are also supported.
- Unified Messaging. The powerful Unified Messaging solution for Cerato IP offers employee access to personal voice, email, and fax messages from a single, streamlined interface. Whether in the office, working from home, or on the road, employees can stay current across multiple mediums via their communication method of choice.
- OmniWorks™ Multi-media Contact Center Solutions. Cerato IP seamlessly integrates with the Teltronics OMNIWorks Contact Center solution to automate intelligent skills-based routing of voice, email and web contacts to Cerato IP agent stations.
