Response in a Classroom Emergency
Teltronics 911 Solutions offer a variety of configurations to fit the specific needs of every public school system; ensuring the quick and accurate location of 911 callers in classrooms, administration buildings, and other school facilities. This greatly reduces the chance of property damage, personal injury or even death. In addition, the integrated emergency system notifies security staff of 911 calls being placed from their campus and the location of the call.
Key Features of the 911 Solution On-Site Notification - An emergency access number is dialed in a business or campus equipped with a PBX and provides notification to on-site personnel to provide valuable first responder assistance.
On-Site Notification can be provided to multiple positions such as security desks, guard shacks, PBX attendant locations, or any other desired location in the enterprise.
On-Site Notification software generates an audible and visual alarm on PCs located
at these positions, providing vital Automatic Location Identification (ALI) data.
A database can be customized to include specific information about a caller or location, such as a critical medical condition or the presence of hazardous materials. This allows on-site personnel to assist response personnel by warning them of
these situations in advance.
Site Alert Manager allows users to update their ALI database as it pertains to Moves,
Adds and Changes (MACs). The ALI database includes a valid ANI (Automatic Number Identification) and ALI (Automatic Location Identification). In addition, SiteAlert ALI Manager provides automation features for uploading this database to the telephone company.
