Turnkey Products

Teltronics' customers have full control over their product, it is our function to provide full service in the areas of material procurement and supply chain management, manufacturing, customer required tests, packaging and on-time deliveries. We measure each aspect of this process to assure our customer receives the best service possible.

Quote Policy

Teltronics provides the customer a complete costed BOM with AVL sources, pricing, lead times, minimums and multiples, alternates (if applicable) and any comments by supplier. Included is a labor breakdown by operation giving the customer a complete picture of their product cost. Our objective is to demonstrate our partnership philosophy and remove any hidden cost strategy.

Material Management

Teltronics has built an efficient worldwide procurement and supply chain management organization. Our global supply chain management strategy includes collaborative partnerships with the customer's supplier, on-site warehousing with key distributors, information technology and e-business solutions, frequent benchmarking of raw materials and component pricing, and a comprehensive end of life information flow back to the customer.

Dedicated Program Manager

Customers prefer a single point of contact to minimize confusion when questions arise. We assign an experienced Program Manager to each of our customers. The Program Manager has one responsibility - to ensure the customer's satisfaction. The Program Manager is the customer's in-house representative in all matters and has total authorization to resolve issues with the other internal department managers.

Warranty

Teltronics believes in service after the sale. We maintain our quality standards are the best in the industry. In our EMS division, we have maintained a 0.001% return rate in 2004. We fully warrant all of our products for workmanship defects for one year. We feel service after the sale is just as important as any service we offer.
