Network Management Services - Most of the major telephone service providers use IRISnGEN as a centralized alarm reception system at their Network Operations Centers (NOC). The SEBea monitors central office locations and is used as the vehicle on which to base multi-tiered service plans for any PBX, Voice Mail or Automated Voice Response system at the RBOC. The typical RBOC may have thousands of non-related, non-connected customers that must be monitored in a cost effective manner. The ability for the SEBea to be located at each customer location and to report critical alarms back to IRISnGEN via the PSTN makes implementation simple and cost effective.
