Emergency Support

All IRISnGEN modules come with ninety days of maintenance included
in the purchase price. Customers can extend the initial coverage to a
full year and purchase additional years of maintenance. IRISnGEN maintenance includes support for SEB units. The table below lists the options that may be selected for yearly contracts, or to extend the initial ninety day maintenance period to a full year. You may also select Additional iSLM Support Options or Other Support Services.
