  2. Ongoing product administration
  3. Creation and use of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) & dashboards
  4. Report generation (real-time and historical/trending)
  5. Identification of trends, pending SLA breaches, etc. to aid in proactively responding before such impairments negatively impact end users/customers
  6. Advanced automation & escalation strategies

This introductory course is intended for Systems Administrators and IT professionals responsible for installing, configuring and maintaining the NimBUS solution and/or responsible for performance management using the NimBUS solution.
