Below is a list of all Teltronics NimBUS IP Telephony Monitoring Probes. NimBUS Probes poll IT infrastructure data points at user-defined intervals for real-time availability and performance trend monitoring. NimBUS Probes are easily configured to archive its poll data to the backend NimBUS database. Once archived, probe data can be displayed in NimBUS Dashboards and performance reports. Probe data can also be processed against NimBUS SLAs for compliance reporting.

Cisco Call Manager Probe
Monitors the health and performance of Cisco CallManager (CCM) systems and services. The probe monitors a set of checkpoints on defined servers running the CCM software. The probe includes a set of predefined checkpoints available on most servers running the CCM software. These checkpoints are grouped in different classes, i.e. Cisco phones, H.323 calls, Gateways, Ports, Services, and more.

Cisco Unity Probe
Offers a comprehensive picture of the performance of both the Unity server operating system and all key messaging processes and services—including calls, log ins, greetings, playback, recording, and more—to ensure the end-user’s messaging experience is efficient, reliable, and productive.

Cisco Unified Call Manager Probe
Cisco Unified CallManager is the software-based call-processing component of the Cisco IP Telephony solution that manages IP Telephony devices and call services over the data network. It provides many functions, such as managing call setup, controlling devices, and collecting statistics on call quality. It can manage IP phones, media processing devices, voice gateways, and multimedia applications.

Nortel Monitor Probe for CS1000
This probe monitors the health and sta­tus of key Nortel CS1000 components such as Call Servers, Media Gateways, Signaling Servers and Network Routing Servers measuring end-to-end voice quality and identifying potential failures before end users are negatively impacted. This probe utilizes SNMP Traps, SNMP Agents, Rlogin and an optional serial interface to determine the health and well being of the Nortel devices.

This probe provides a low cost but highly functional VoIP voice quality probe in a small, purpose built and easily deployed form factor.  With support for up to 25 concurrent calls, VQProbe is ideal for small to medium companies and enterprise branch offices.

VQProbe Plus
This probe offers managed service applications and larger enterprises additional call processing capacity and features. VQProbe Plus stores historical call quality records (CQR) that provide comprehensive metrics on every call the probe monitors.
