CA TNG Core Probe
Extracts and sends QoS data on managed objects in TNG. The probe calculates availability at poll intervals based upon information contained in the status history tables.
Clusters Probe
Enables fail-over support for standard NimBUS probes installed on Cluster nodes. When a Probe configuration is associated with a Resource Group, the configuration will follow that group to the Cluster node where the group is currently running. The Probe sends alarms if a Resource Group or Cluster Node changes state. Supported Clusters: Microsoft Cluster Service (MSCS) and Veritas Cluster Server (VCS)
EAServer Probe
Handles all common monitoring and data collection tasks on Sybase EAServer. The probe collects and stores data and information from the monitored system at customizable intervals. System managers can easily define alarms to be raised and propagated to the NimBUS Enterprise Console when the specified threshold is breached.

Exchange Reporting Probe
Offers an effective way to track and report on an organization’s Exchange email system. The NimBUS Exchange solution offers the vital insights organizations need to better control their Exchange servers—enabling administrators to better enforce mailbox quotas, plan capacity, reduce over provisioning, and enhance reliability.
JBoss Probe
Handles all common monitoring and data collection tasks on JBoss Application Servers. The probe collects and stores data and information from the monitored system at customizable intervals. System Managers can easily define alarms to be raised and propagated to the NimBUS Enterprise Console when the specified thresholds are breached.
Lotus Notes Response Probe
Monitors Lotus Notes connectivity, fail-over, and client response times of a Lotus Notes server.
Lotus Notes Server Probe
Monitors a set of Lotus Notes servers. Alarm messages can be generated on statistics variables and log entries. Quality of service messages can be sent on availability and statistics variables.
Microsoft IIS Probe
Monitors all IIS server activity throughout an organization—enabling administrators to proactively monitor and manage their IIS servers, so they can ensure optimal performance and reliability
MS Exchange Server Probe
Monitors key parameters on Exchange Servers to check their health. Alarm messages can be generated based on the values of the parameters being checked. Quality of Service messages are generated on a set of performance related statistics.
Remedy ARS Response Probe
Monitors response times for Remedy ARS and generates QoS data based on the results. It also acts as a gateway for alarms into Remedy ARS.
SAP R/3 Probe
Monitors SAP R/3 system performance as well as response times from the end-user's perspective.
Tomcat Probe
Handles all common monitoring and data collection tasks on Tomcat Servers. The probe collects and stores data and information from the monitored system at customizable intervals. System Managers can easily define alarms to be raised and propagated to the NimBUS Enterprise Console when the specified thresholds are breached.
WebLogic Probe
Handles all common monitoring and data collection tasks on WebLogic Servers. The probe collects and stores data and information from the monitored system at customizable intervals. System Managers can easily define alarms to be raised and propagated to the NimBUS Enterprise Console when the specified thresholds are breached.
WebSphere Application Server Probe
Monitors WebSphere enterprise environments, including both single server instances and server clusters. Compiles, analyzes, and monitors all critical performance data, gathering detailed performance information via standard and custom Enterprise Java Beans (EJB), JVM, JDBC, threads, sessions, and pools.
Websphere and JMX Probe
Monitors Websphere servers and services. The JMX Data Extractor can also be programmed to start recovery actions when these defined thresholds are breached. The following Websphere Server entities are monitored: The Java Virtual machine (JVM), execution queues and threads, Websphere Clusters, Enterprise Java Beans (EJB), Servlets and Java Server Pages (JSP), Java Transaction API (JTA), Java Database Connection Pools. (JDBC), Java Messaging Services (JMS).
