The IP32 works in any existing 20-20 Hex shelf. It is configurable as a Station Side Module with up to 32 IP or Soft Phones (2903, CIP2) or as a Trunk Side Module for termination to the 20-20.  The Trunk Side Module includes:

• Up to 30 programmable trunks
• Can be programmed as Point-to-Point or Multi-Point.

The CIP2 SoftPhone is a user-friendly, computer-desktop interface, powered by Windows®.

• Easy to place and receive calls from any computer
• Simple Graphical User Interface (GUI)
• Can replace the 2903B phone or used as a companion desktop application

The Enhanced Attendant Workstation (EAWS) is a call processing workstation that enables efficient management of multiple incoming and outgoing calls in any work environment.  EAWS easily configures with an IP network for maximum portability and total functionality. Expanded directory features include –
